A glimpse into who I am and how we could work together.

LEARN MORE

I recharge by getting outside, listening to podcasts, and making lists of things that may never get done.

Counseling is a second career for me. My life suddenly and unexpectedly changed one day, as it does for many, and I found myself wanting to connect more deeply with my community and others.

I have witnessed and personally experienced the transformative nature of therapy. I’m passionate about helping my clients on their paths to fulfillment as well as the life-long learning and evolving that this vocation requires. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent affirming therapist.

I’m a parent, a spouse, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a student, a colleague.

What is working with me like?

Therapy is collaborative.
Together we will build a treatment plan around your goals.

I can serve as your confidant, your ardent supporter, and your reflector of hard truths; depending on what you need and what feels safe.

I like to use humor in my sessions. Sometimes therapy may feel easy and fun. Sometimes it may feel hard. I work to ensure you always feel safe and supported in the work you are doing toward your goals.
